PROSTHETE (2016)

Prosthete plays your brain. Prosthete is a minimalist demonstration of our inevitable capacity to train a system to correlate brain signal with stimulus. Video stimulus is associated with the signal output of a single EEG sensor to create a trained individual database. This database serves as as the basis for the "player" which takes incoming strings of data from the EEG sensor and finds the closest match in the database; the video timestamp of that closest match is retrieved and the video is played.
