FEED (2012)

FEED was the year long collaboration of a three person team, including McCurdy. She served as co-conceiver, writer, designer, builder and performer. The piece involved three looped live feeds, including one specially programmed iPad, and a shallow pool of water across the entire stage. McCurdy individually designed and fabricated a kinetic rope sculpture that assembled across the set over the duration of the piece and she traveled to Turkey to film scenes in a flooded salt flat for the projection design.
